    1. Timeline & Capacity: I check my production calendar to make sure I can give your project the creative focus and time it deserves.

    2. Strategic & Portfolio Alignment: I consider whether the project aligns with the type of creative strategy, storytelling, or brand work.

    3. Creative Synergy: I look at your brand, audience, and overall vision to ensure our aesthetics and approach feel aligned — collaboration works best when there’s shared taste and intention.

    If the project feels like a match across timing, vision, and creative energy, we’ll move forward to shape something meaningful together.

    My process usually moves through a few key phases:

    1. Discovery & Direction: We’ll kick off with a call or strategy session to clarify your goals, audience, and creative direction. This helps ground the work in purpose — not just aesthetics.

    2. Strategy & Story: I’ll develop a narrative framework, creative strategy, or campaign outline that captures your brand’s voice, values, and visual world.

    3. Execution: Depending on the project, this can look like producing content, a podcast, an event, building a campaign, designing a presentation, or crafting brand assets and content.

    4. Refinement: We’ll review together, refine details, and make sure everything feels aligned before launch or delivery.

    Every collaboration looks a little different but the goal is always the same: to make your ideas tangible, intentional, and culturally resonant.

    Once we outline what you’d like to add, I’ll send over an updated proposal and invoice to reflect the new deliverables. Just keep in mind that depending on my current schedule, the overall timeline may shift to ensure everything gets the time and attention it deserves.
