The Peers Project
Consulting Podcast Producer
Scope: Creative Strategy & Programming | Podcast · Digital Video · Editorial · Content Development
At The Peers Project, my work sat at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and scale. I led creative development and production across flagship podcast programming and original series, shaping narratives that translate complex ideas—entrepreneurship, technology, and culture—into accessible, high-impact content. The focus was not just production, but positioning: building shows that could travel across platforms, attract partners, and grow engaged audiences.
Founders + AI
An original podcast and video series launched by The Peers Project, Founders + AI was developed to make artificial intelligence feel accessible, practical, and human. The series pairs technical founders with creative entrepreneurs to explore how AI can be used to build, scale, and innovate—particularly for nontechnical audiences. Editorially, the focus was on clarity, pacing, and relevance, shaping conversations that translated complex ideas into approachable, platform-native storytelling.
Designed from the outset for cross-platform distribution, Founders + AI was structured to travel seamlessly across long-form audio, YouTube, and short-form digital, balancing depth with momentum.

DOES SHE WANT MORE?
Podcast — Development & Creative Direction
Does She Want More? is a podcast developed to explore ambition, identity, and desire through an intimate, editorial lens. I led creative development for the project, defining the show’s title, thematic framework, and episode topics, while also directing the visual identity and producing the trailer to establish tone and pacing ahead of series launch.
Visual Identity Development
Early identity work that guided the final asset system.
YouTube Visual System
Developed a modular visual system for YouTube designed to support launch, audience testing, and episodic scalability. The assets explored tonal range, color blocking, and expressive portraiture to balance intimacy with bold, platform-native clarity, allowing the show to feel editorial while remaining optimized for discovery and repeat viewing.
The below system was built to flex across thumbnails, titles, and social extensions, giving the show a recognizable visual language before full release
